Don serves his constituents in the Virginia in the House of Delegates and is also Leader of the Virginia House Democratic Caucus. A resident of Portsmouth for 17 years, Don is an attorney, former United States Naval Officer, and passionate community leader. Since being elected in 2019, he has been a champion within the General Assembly for criminal justice reform, economic development, affordable healthcare, and public education.

Virginia’s new 88th House of Delegates district elects one of 100 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state’s bicameral legislature. Located in southern, coastal Virginia, District 88 represents Portsmouth, Virginia.
